Skills and Social Inclusion
Our personalised service provides high-quality support for many vulnerable individuals who may not otherwise be able to continue living at home.
As well as promoting social inclusion and helping to maintain family relationships, we aim to enable our customers to learn important independent living skills in all aspects of their day-to-day routine, which creates independence rather than a dependence.
Bespoke Support
At RedJacket, we understand that every customer's needs may be different, which is why we offer a person-centred support package to every service user.
We carefully assess customers’ needs to ensure that our team can meet their requirements, ranging from social needs to medication needs, with pharmaceutically trained staff on hand if required.
